A four-partner leadership team shaped by distinct perspectives and two decades of shared commitment, guiding the agency with collective accountability across business, strategy, and creative.
Since 2004, we’ve believed the strongest work comes from collaboration between people deeply committed to doing it well. This not only shaped the studio in its early days but continues to guide us today. With four partners offering varied experiences and diverse perspectives, the leadership team at LOLO represents a collaborative effort that accounts for business, strategy, creative, and craft — all at once. For clients, this means shared accountability across every aspect of a project and direct access to a senior team that collectively inspires and ideates, challenges and refines, and listens and responds, ensuring a level of quality and excellence across all work coming out of the studio.
The Agency of Love and Logic is structured by design. In 2010, Samantha Olivera and Michaela Jantoska became co-owners, formalizing a partnership that built both the culture of the studio and the standard of the work, while establishing a global portfolio. Rachel Teoh and Belle Williams worked closely alongside them for over a decade, helping to expand that portfolio while growing the business and shaping its creative direction. In 2024, that long-standing collaboration evolved into formal partnership, with Rachel and Belle bringing their distinct perspectives to further refine the studio’s business strategy, creative leadership, and overall vision. Today, the four partners bring complementary expertise across business, strategy, and creative, forming a balanced leadership model that offers clients direct access to engaged, considered stewardship from beginning to end.
Let’s get to know our partners.

Samantha Olivera — Managing Director & Partner
As Managing Director, Samantha leads operations end-to-end, overseeing client work, mentoring internal account teams, driving new business development, and managing the strategic foundations that allow LOLO to run with clarity and confidence. She frequently steps into a hands-on project management role for major initiatives, ensuring work is delivered on time and on budget. Samantha is deeply committed to her team's professional growth and to maintaining a culture where people feel valued, supported, and set up to succeed. If LOLO has a spine, Samantha is it.

Michaela Jantoska — Design Director & Partner
Michaela oversees the studio’s creative work as Design Director, ensuring every idea is translated with precision, cohesion, and long-term continuity across platforms. She leads the execution and integrity of the work, maintaining a high standard of excellence not only aesthetically, but structurally and systemically. Working closely with the design team day-to-day, she refines how concepts are realized, guides implementation, and ensures consistency across brand, campaign, and digital expression. Deeply connected to long-standing client relationships, Michaela provides steady stewardship from within the studio, strengthening both the craft and the collaboration behind it. If LOLO has a standard of excellence, Michaela is the one elevating it.

Belle Williams — Creative Director & Partner
Belle has worked at the intersection of culture, commerce, and craft for over a decade at LOLO. As Creative Director, she leads the agency’s creative strategy and directs brand, campaign, and design work, shaping the studio’s point of view and guiding how ideas take form. Often the first creative voice clients encounter, she translates ambition into clear direction, setting the conceptual foundation for projects while ensuring they resonate strategically and culturally. Fluid across disciplines, Belle collaborates with designers, developers, and creative partners to extend ideas cohesively across touchpoints, while also playing a central role in new business and growth, continually evolving the agency’s vision. If LOLO has an ambition, Belle is the one defining it.

Rachel Teoh — Strategy Director & Partner
Rachel has spent the past decade at LOLO as the connective tissue between client ambition and agency output. As Strategy Director, she leads a diverse portfolio of clients across all areas of brand strategy, guiding projects with clear thinking and efficient processes. Fluent across all phases of agency methodology, her expertise spans client relations and project management through to internal operations and business growth. Rachel is drawn to the early stages of a problem, the moment before the path is clear. She instinctively translates intuition into logic, helping teams and clients move forward with confidence without overcomplicating the work. Clients sit at the centre of her practice not as transactions, but as long-term relationships built on trust and shared ambition. If LOLO has a north star, Rachel is the one keeping it in view.
